Yes! You have the flexibility to switch between devices according to your convenience but you could only be logged in through one device at a time.
Yes! You can access Onepay through Wi-Fi or a mobile data connection.
Yes, it is absolutely free for registration for both users and merchants.
You will be able to use any Sri Lankan Visa, Master or Amex card, that is enabled for online use by your card issuing bank. At the launch of onepay we are coming with current and saving bank accounts only.

You will get a SMS /e-mail for every successful activity relating to a transaction, registering of a bank account or PIN/Password reset that takes place.
We don’t want to leave space for fraudulent transactions.When you add a bank account, Onepay will perform a random transaction from your account. You could verify your bank by entering the random transaction value which can be found through your mobile banking / internet banking.Alternatively, you can verify your bank by obtaining the random transaction value for this transaction. You will receive this value as a text message from your bank.
  • You can tap on the ‘forgot my password’ link at the sign-up

  • You will then have to provide an email address that you have access to.

  • Onepay will send an e-mail with a URL where you could follow that link and reset your password.

  • To change your wallet PIN you need to sign in to Onepay

  • Enter in to account settings by providing Onepay password and select change wallet PIN.

  • Enter your new PIN and enter it again to confirm.

  • To enable biometric authorisation you need to sign in to Onepay

  • Enter in to account settings by providing Onepay password and turn on the “Enable Biometrics” button.

  • Enter your PIN cord to complete the setup.


Is there a maximum limit applicable for every transaction done?
Yes. The maximum limit is Rs. 25,000 per transaction; however, the limitations on your card may override if it is lower. When you come to Qr payment you can go up to 5 million.
Your transaction history will be shown on your Onepay mobile app or web under History.
No. If there are any additional charges you will be notified prior to performing a transaction.
